Q? Do I need an appointment?
A. No appointment necessary, simply walk in to discuss a problem and we will take a look for free to determine if a service work order is required.
Q? Is parking available?
A. We have a private parking lot in the rear of the building for our guests. No meters and no hassle!
Q? How long will my service take?
A. Typically 24-48 hours. We are the fastest in the business!
Q? How much will it cost?
A. No charge if in warranty, otherwise $199 plus parts if necessary.
Q? How do I sign-up for your email list?
A. Send your email request to JGould@LighthouseMSP.com to receive our email blasts. Our blasts are usually filled with promotions, discounts, or new products we have in stock!
Q? What if my machine is out of warranty?
A. We service out of warranty Mac's and PC's. No appointment necessary, stop in and let us check it out.
Q? Do you repair printers?
A. Unfortunately, we do not service printers. We do sell ink and accessories that will fit most name brand printers. Call us today to check our inventory.
